IT Service World provides laptop and MacBook repair services, including but not limited to motherboard repair, screen replacement, data recovery, and general hardware/software troubleshooting. We strive to provide high-quality repair services using genuine or equivalent parts.
All repairs performed by IT Service World come with a limited warranty. The warranty period varies depending on the type of repair and will be communicated at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or issues unrelated to the original repair.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms. Diagnostic fees may apply and will be communicated before any work begins.
We take data privacy seriously. While we take precautions to protect your data, we recommend backing up all important data before submitting your device for repair. IT Service World is not responsible for data loss during the repair process.
Devices must be collected within 30 days of repair completion. Devices not collected within 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to applicable laws.
IT Service World's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
